How do route templates work for recurring service?

When you have a route you run every week, like a Monday lawn care route, save it as a template. The template stores the stops and their order. To dispatch it again, select the template, pick a date, and all visits are created in one click.

What happens if a new job comes in during the day?

You can add a new visit to the day and assign it to a crew. Then re-run the route optimization to recalculate the best stop order including the new stop. The crew sees the updated route on their mobile app.
