Crews Start Their Shift
Crew members start a shift in the FreshFSM mobile app. This enables high-frequency GPS tracking that continues even when the app is in the background.
Live Map Shows Everyone
Your dispatch board displays every active crew member on an interactive map. Staleness indicators show who is active, stale, or offline.
Track Throughout the Day
Location updates stream in real-time. The app automatically adjusts tracking frequency based on battery level to keep tracking running all day.
End the Shift
When the day is done, crew members end their shift in the app. Tracking stops and location data is retained for 7 days.

Battery-Aware Tracking

Offline Support
When a crew member loses cell service, the app queues location updates locally. When connectivity returns, queued locations are batch-uploaded to the server.
