Undo a visit you started or completed by accident

Accidental taps happen. Until now, starting a visit by mistake locked in the wrong start time, and completing one too early left no way back. Both are now a single tap to undo.

What changed

• Cancel Start puts an in-progress visit back to Scheduled and clears the recorded start time. Starting again records a fresh time, so the total time on the visit stays accurate.
• Undo Complete reopens a completed visit so your crew can finish the work and complete it properly. Notes and photos stay put.

You will find both on the visit screen and on My Route in the mobile app, and on My Route in the web dashboard.

Why it matters

A wrong start time used to stick to the visit for good and inflate the total time shown on it. Now your visit history reflects what actually happened. This one came straight from a customer request, and we shipped it the same day.
