Time tracking and timesheets for your crew
Crew members clock in and out from the mobile app with GPS and breaks. Admins review, approve, and mark paid from the web dashboard or mobile.
You can now run payroll out of FreshFSM. The new time tracking feature gives your crew a one-tap clock in and out and gives you a clean weekly view of who worked when, with labor cost calculated automatically.
What changed
- Crew members clock in and out from the mobile app. Each shift captures GPS location at the start and end and supports unpaid breaks.
- Active shifts show a live timer so nobody forgets they are on the clock.
- Admins see a weekly timesheet per crew member, with hours worked, break time, and labor cost based on the user's hourly rate.
The approval flow
active (clocked in) goes to submitted (auto on clock-out), then approved (admin), then paid (admin). At every step you can edit hours, add notes, or correct mistakes, and every edit is captured in a tamper-evident history.
Why it matters
No more paper timesheets, no more "did Mike actually finish at four?" questions. Hours roll up by week so payroll takes minutes instead of an evening with a calculator.
