A products and services catalog with line item autocomplete
Save your common services and products once. They autocomplete on every quote, job, and invoice with the right description, price, and unit type ready to go.
You probably sell the same handful of services over and over. Spring cleanup. Weekly mow. Snow contract. Service call. Building those line items from scratch every time was tedious. The new products and services catalog fixes that.
What changed
- A new Products and Services screen in Settings where you save your common offerings with name, description, default price, and unit type (per hour, per visit, per square foot, etc.).
- On any quote, job, or invoice, start typing the service name and pick from your catalog to fill the whole line in one tap.
- Update an item in the catalog and the change applies to new documents going forward. Existing quotes and invoices keep the values they had at the time.
Why it matters
Consistency, speed, and fewer pricing mistakes. The first quote of the day takes about as long as the tenth.
