Edit crew on a single visit or all future visits

Recurring jobs and crew swaps used to be awkward. If you reassigned a visit, did that mean only Tuesday or every Tuesday? Now the app asks.

What changed

• Editing the crew on a visit that belongs to a recurring job now opens a scope prompt: this visit only, or this visit and all future visits.
• Past visits are never touched, so your history stays accurate.
• The same prompt is available on both web and mobile, so it does not matter where you make the change.

When it applies

This appears any time you change the assigned crew on a visit that belongs to a recurring job. One-off jobs don't show the prompt because there is nothing to carry forward to.
