Import your clients from Jobber and Housecall Pro
Migrating from Jobber or Housecall Pro? Export your clients to CSV and bring them across in one upload, no manual entry required.
Switching tools is hard enough without retyping every customer record. The client import flow now understands the CSV exports from Jobber and Housecall Pro, so you can bring your full client list across in one step.
What changed
- Drop a CSV from Jobber or Housecall Pro onto the import page and the columns map automatically.
- Import up to 500 clients per batch, including company names, contacts, phone, email, and service address.
- Properties are auto-created from the address column and queued for geocoding so they show up on your dispatch map.
What to expect
- Review the parsed rows before committing so you can catch any field mismatches.
- Duplicate detection runs by email, then phone, then name. Matches are skipped by default, or you can choose to import them anyway.
- After import, the usual notification preferences and reminder settings apply.
If you have a CSV from another tool, the generic FreshFSM template still works. The new mappings just save you a spreadsheet cleanup pass when coming from one of these.
