Preview emails before you send them

Sending a quote or invoice used to be a small leap of faith. Now the send dialog includes a full email preview so you can see exactly what lands in the client's inbox before you commit.

What changed

• The send dialog for quotes and invoices now renders the email body with your company logo, line items, and subject line.
• Edit the subject and message and watch the preview update.
• Confirm the recipient address is correct before sending.

Why it matters

A typo in a client name or a wrong attachment can undo a careful estimate in a heartbeat. A two second preview catches the obvious mistakes and makes the experience feel more like sending a real email and less like clicking a black-box button.
