Turn an approved quote into a job in one click

The most predictable thing about a quote is what happens next: the client approves it and you have to turn it into a job. That step is now one click.

What changed

• A Convert to Job button on approved quotes opens the new-job form with everything prefilled.
• Line items, unit types, descriptions, totals, tax, and the linked client and property all carry over.
• Schedule the first visit and save. The quote is automatically linked to the new job for traceability.

Why it matters

Less re-keying, fewer mistakes. The job that gets billed matches the quote the client agreed to, line for line, so there are no surprises when the invoice arrives.
