Bill all of a client's jobs on one invoice
Put multiple jobs and properties for a single client on one itemized invoice, grouped by location so the client sees a clear breakdown.
If a client has several properties or recurring jobs, you no longer have to send a separate invoice for each one or retype everything into a single lump charge. When you create an invoice, you can now pull all of their jobs onto it at once.
How it works
When you create an invoice, pick the client and check off their jobs under "Link to Jobs". Each job's billable work is added for you. Recurring, visit-based jobs add a dated line for every completed, uninvoiced visit. Fixed-price jobs add their line items. The invoice then groups those lines into a section for each property and job, so a client with twenty locations gets a clean, itemized breakdown instead of one mystery total.
Everywhere your client looks
The grouped layout carries through to the invoice they actually receive. The PDF, the client portal, and the emailed invoice all show the same per-location sections, and it looks the same in the mobile app.
