Your logo on quotes, invoices, and emails

Your business is not a generic FreshFSM tenant, and the documents your clients see should not look that way either. Upload a company logo from settings and it appears everywhere clients interact with you.

Where your logo shows up

• The top of every quote and invoice (web view and PDF).
• The header of quote, invoice, and appointment reminder emails.
• The Client Hub login page and dashboard, so clients see your brand the moment they sign in.

What to expect

• Square or wide logos both work. Transparent PNG looks best on dark email headers.
• If you have not uploaded a logo, your business name is shown as text in the same spots, so nothing breaks.
• You can swap the logo at any time from Settings, and the change applies to anything sent or generated from that point forward.
