Send bulk email campaigns to your clients
Announce a new service, send a seasonal promotion, or share an important update. Campaigns lets you email every client at once with live delivery and open stats.
Marketing your business should not require a separate tool. The new Campaigns feature lets you compose, target, and send bulk email to your clients straight from FreshFSM.
What changed
- A three-step compose modal walks you through choosing recipients, writing the email, and reviewing before send.
- Pick recipients by filter (status, lead source, active jobs) or hand-pick individual clients.
- Personalize the body with
{{CLIENT_NAME}}and{{BUSINESS_NAME}}template variables. - Track delivery, opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes in real time from the campaign detail page.
When it applies
Campaigns is available to every paid plan with no feature flag. Emails respect each client's notification preferences, so anyone who has opted out of marketing email is automatically excluded.
Why it matters
The clients you already serve are your best source of new work. Campaigns gives you a built-in way to stay top of mind without spinning up a separate Mailchimp account.
