Export your payments, invoices, and A/R aging to CSV
Export your payments, invoices, and an accounts receivable aging report to CSV, ready to hand to a bookkeeper or drop into a spreadsheet.
Handing your books to a bookkeeper just got easier. You can pull clean CSV files of your payments, invoices, and outstanding balances, ready to drop into a spreadsheet or your accounting software.
What changed
The Payments and Invoices pages now have Export CSV buttons, and the Invoices page adds an Export A/R Aging button. Together they give you three CSV reports:
- Payments lists every payment with amounts, processing fees, method, and reference numbers.
- Invoices lists every invoice with totals, deposits, amount paid, and balance.
- A/R Aging is a snapshot of who owes you, with each open balance sorted into Current, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90, and over 90 days past due, plus a totals row.
Pick a date range for the payments and invoices files. The aging report is always a current snapshot. Amounts come out as plain numbers, so they import cleanly into any spreadsheet.
Why it matters
Hand your bookkeeper a tidy file instead of screenshots, and keep your own picture of cash flow up to date between now and full accounting integrations.
